NCAA 09: Play Night Games in Demo - NCAA Football 10 & NCAA Basketball 10 at ncaaStrategies

Want to see the new night-time lighting model in NCAA 09? There's no need to wait until July 15 - you can see it in the NCAA09 Demo.

On either the PlayStation 3 or X-Box 360, change your console date to November or December. When you play the demo, either match-up will now be a night game. (Play Now will be a night game at Ohio Stadium, Mascot Mash Up will be a night game Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.)

so for anyone who's done it, how does it look?

I went in and tried to set my date back or forward to NOV or DEC but was not allowed to even mess with that part...I could change the time and just about everything else but not the month, date or year.

Help?? This is for the 360...

looks like a night game.

stadium lights look real good. never seen a night game at OSU, so i can't tell if it look "real" or not.

You have to be disconnected from XBox live for this to work.

I think it looks a lot cleaner at night without the orange tint to everything.

it wont let you change the time/date when you are connected to live.

online it auto detects the time and date.

Thanks...I disconnected, changed to December, and it worked. Not really any big difference.

There should be a big difference from dusk to evening in regards to the yellowish hue. I'm too lazy to try this though.

The yellow hue is gone when changing the system date.

I mean, there was a difference but not really that much to where it blew me away or anything...Maybe I didn't notice the lighting so much b/c I'm so happy with the gameplay and keep thinking of how excited I am for July 15th to get here.
