Now that you've seen your rosters, it's time to make the teams more yours. I need four things from every coach, ASAP, via PM: 1. Redshirts, if any 2. One team request for your schedule 3. Coaching strategy, in this format: Playbook: ______ Offense Type: _______ Run/Pass: __% Run, __% Pass Cons/Agg: __% Cons, __% Agg Subs: __% Less, __% More Playbook: ______ Run/Pass: __% Run, __% Pass Cons/Agg: __% Cons, __% Agg Subs: __% Less, __% More 4. Recruiting targets. Here's how in-season recruiting will work: You give me 5 positions you wish to target. Be specific - I don't want OL, I want LT. I don't want DL, I want LE - for example. These players will be ranked, from #1 to #5. #1 will be your stud. He'll be a 5-star target, no matter what state he's from. #2 to #5 will be your other main targets. They'll all be 3-stars, preferably from a pipeline state. Make your decision wisely: it could decide whether your team's winning BCS Titles in years to come or scraping the bottom of the Pac-10 barrel for 2-win seasons. Once I get all of this, we can get this show on the road! |
