Average number of plays?

This question comes up every year when people are wondering how long to set quarter length. Well after doing all the research for the sim engine fix, I now have a definative answer.

When the CPU simulates a game/season it does not simulate enough plays so if you want to have realistic stats in accordance with what the CPU is simulating you need to set the quarter length to where the total number of offensive plays totals 118 plays.

This tells me a couple things EA did not change the simulation logic from Madden to NCAA as the NFL averages about 120 plays per game. NCAA on the other hand averages 150 plays per game.

Let me ask you guys a question, are you testing in play now mode or in a "test" dynasty mode? I was wondering if there is any difference. Just got back from vacation and I was going to try out my "zero's" theroy.
