Custom roster question

I hope this is the right spot to be posting this, so if it isn't, please move accordingly.

I just downloaded pasta padre's custom roster, and am wondering if it is usable in a pre-existing, offline dynasty. When I load the roster I'm able to use it in the "play now" mode, but when I load up my dynasty (I'm halfway through the season), it uses the default roster with cpu generated names.

Is there any way to change the roster so I can use it for the remainder of my dynasty, or am I stuck until I make a new one? When I go to file management with my dynasty loaded I can only swap profiles. Also, when I go to edit / view roster I'm only able to manually change players' names. If it allows me to manually change names, then why can't I change the entire roster at once?

i am obviously no expert, but i too downloaded pasta's roster. It has worked fine for me in offline dynasty. i made extensive changes (to one team only) and have not had any problems. Right before i started my dynasty, i loaded pasta's roster. Then when i got to my depth chart, everything was right.

I think you can only manually change your roster once you start a dynasty. Even then, you lose the ability to even manually change some things, like a players year/class once you start the dynasty.
