I started this on OS, but I'm advertising it here as well because I know there are some quality mature gamers here. Right now we seem to have 6-7 spots nailed down.
The goal of this group is to reach out to those individuals who would like to be part of a mature collection of gamers who have a PS3 as their primary game system. The title says "Over 30" but really we are looking for gamers who are mature adults, who have other things going on in their lives (i.e. marriage, children, work) and only use gaming as a fun outlet, not their sole purpose for being. This will be a straight sim group. We expect people to play like the teams they are using, but to be reasonable enough not to exploit the game's weaknesses. If rules need to be spelled out, this is probably the wrong place for you, but they can be spelled out for you if needed.
The following guys have already expressed interest and are included if they still want in:
Luca Brasi, Tretcharuss, Moose1619 (if I missed anyone I talked to I'm sorry)
We will look to start an online dynasty in the near future so if you fit the criteria and are interested please leave your PSNID and answer the questions below. Your input will help set the dynasty's guidelines.

1. What level and quarter length would you like?
-My preference is 6-7min on Heisman
2. What teams/conferences should we use?
-I'm somewhat flexible on this. I'd like for people to spread out and use whoever they want, but I know that some would like to use only a couple of conferences. I'd say that the ultimate number used will depend on how many people we have.
3. How many games per week should we play?
-One would be perfect for me. Two would be the absolute max that I could play during a week. If we did two, I'd like the weeks to advance on Sunday and Wednesday nights.
4. What sliders and rosters should be used?
-There are several good sets of Heisman sliders out there, we can discuss it as a group. As far as Rosters go, we can wait for the patch or use Lan's set.
5. When should we start?
-I'm flexible on this as well. We can wait until the 1st patch comes or start now and hope that the rosters still work after the patch. If they don't work post-patch we can restart.
