I was at 100% with one guy and 96% with the other. Now, I am down to 64% and 57% (due to Ricky playing 100 snaps). I keep having to train my guys on ZERO XP for 18 points which hurts my development and I'm sick of my players paying the price for playing for such a crappy team.
Tubby, if possible, I would like Froggy (CB) and Ricky (DE) to be traded to any Utopian-run team where they might be needed. Both are level 15s near 16. I am trying to develop them but I can't do crap with them being run into the ground so much.
Each has one level-up remaining on the season which I intend to use near the end.

I know it's a development team but where the hell are all these guys going? I mean we have some guys for only a couple weeks and then we'll have 4 guys leaving at one time. Obviously this isn't a playoff team and I understand it's a development team but our lineup is ravaged over and over again.

various Utopian teams...and I upgraded a few times by "day trading" to get a few studs for the Utopian Legends

If a playoff team needs a lvl 15 DE who is 17 points shy of lvl 16 and has 1 upgrade left to lvl 17, send an offer to Ricky Dopenstein. I hate to waste him on a no-playoff team.
