4-3 Defense tips.

Im thinking about switching over to a 4-3 defense because of the fact that nearly every team can run it talent wise and i wanna be ready for 09.So i was wondering if any of you guys like rhombic or totalpackage83(or anyone else) have any tips. Such as...


1. Good run stoppers
2. Good cover setups
3. Good man and zone blitz setups
4. Something good to stop the option and FB dive.

My best 4-3 tip is....

Don't use it. Even more so next year, everyone will be looking to bounce it, and you cant cover the field (necessary area, inside and outside) with 4-3. Use atleast a 3-4, or when of the odd sets, stack or eagle (3-3-5 or 4-2-5). So you say well ill just use DE contain, wrong, with the new 100 degree cuting bull shit, everywhere has to be sealed, or you'll get burnt.
