What platforms will have coach mode in 09?

Just wondering if it will be possible to play coach mode on a PS3 or other high def platform in the 09 version.

I apologize if this info is posted elsewhere. I scanned the boards and didn't see the question explicitly asked.

Well, unfortunately, the fact that this section is in the "Last Gen" section should have been your clue.

As of now, Coach Mode, as it is played by Utopia members (as in not touching the sticks and letting the game run the play for you ... versus a true coach mode where you just pick the plays) is only available on last-gen (PS2/Xbox) versions. We have not yet found out if it will be available on PS3, 360, or Wii.

CDJ will get some hands-on time with the PS3 and 360 versions (http://www.ncaastrategies.com/utopia/showthread.php?t=57012) this week, and that's one of the main things he's planning to check out. Coach Mode, CAS, FCS and general playability, I think, are basically his short list to look at.

According to early reports, it's not in........BUT, the guys that don't play that way probably didn't know to simply look for an auto-pass option. Because that's how we do it now :(

Yeah, most likely when someone is asked about Coach Mode, they just scan the menus and when they don't see it listed, they say it's not there. You have to know to check for the play to run by itself after the snap.

Neither coach mode nor auto pass, at this time, are in PS3/360 NCAA 09.
