It prevents people from jumping back and fourth to get extra experience.

Yes but I'll let that entire team play their game tomorrow before bringing them over. We are probably going to swap 4 players from each team..we also have a third team being created so we can spread everyone out and let them go at it.

I just created a new QB Ronney Ferguson who is a major badass.
Now that I know what to do he will take Dakota's job in a heartbeat...this kid is a fast scrambler with a good arm and great vision.

We started off this game over paying all our players and giving them all big bonuses to promote player development...you must have missed that. You must have also missed the thread where people were asking what they were supposed to do with all this money.

Currently we have begun re-doing contracts for players above level 6 and are about to insure they have all the money they need for training and "upgrades".

Not sure who you would "hear" differently from.

It's no problem really, we have a ton of guys that are all about Utopia winning and working together to dominate the game.
Not everyone has to be on board and if you want to be all about your own player that's cool.

I went ahead and removed you from the list of scouts so you can further dedicate yourself to your new team.

..and I still find it odd that you would come in here and brag to everyone that you are playing for someone else.

...and I just looked at the new offer we sent or level 8 OT like you... he'll actually make $1000 more per year than you.
again...not sure who you "heard" stuff from. Sounds to me like you were out for yourself and should have talked to us because we actually pay MORE than the team you currently play for...maybe check back in late 2009 when your contract is up and we could hook you up with a real deal.

I can't see how many years it's for...but the contract length is the same as the one you signed originally. $11840 is your yearly salary.

Hmmm, well, If I can get the pay increase for the remainder of my contract I'm all for that. But I would guess that it extends me an additional year as well so unless I hear otherwise I'm going to delay my decision and probably reject just to be sure that I have the freedom to go where I please ASAP.

Yep. I think that should be re-done so the offseason and FA have more meaning, especially for some of those people who signed early and are going to have to wait a few games into the next season if they want a new team

Yep. Youre much better off just having guys play out of positions for afew snaps than going to CPU players (or sometimes even really low level humans..If youre on a big time team)

They are holding me up for trade bait for all teams & will settle for amost anything as they have recruited a #1 Kicker (not as good as me) and are paying me to stay at home. :)
