Need some help with my dynasty

Hi guys... Need a little help. I have been playing with my favorite Cowboys team for a while now, and was looking for a challenge. Do you all have any ideas on some teams that need to be rebuilt. I know the Lions could use some help but I really dont want to be them. So any other ideas would be great.

There are a lot of teams out there, the Cardinals, the Lions, Texans just to name a few. The challenge is, not to make too many moves early. When you make too many early, you build your team too quick, and then its no fun. And, if your importing draft classes from NCAA, I suggest taking awarness ratings down for pretty much everyone in the game. When you import them, (at least on my game) they come in way too high.
