Try this...I have had great success stopping the QB sneak with this play.

Using the defense tweaks...
Pinch the lineman in and then set them to crash in.
Take the two LB's and make them spread apart.
[I used to pinch them in as well over the center but this other way seems to work better!]
If you have time grab a safety and move him a few yards beind the line in case he gets thru on that rare occassion. Your other guys are in coverage so you can leave the safety back if want to have 4 back.
Maybe it was the team I was using VT... vs Michigan, but we crushed like 4 out of 5 QB sneaks.
