for the defensive sliders....the "user" sliders....does this affect the AI controlled players on your team? or do they still fall under the "cpu" sliders?

the 'user' sliders, to the best of my knowledge, affect the ai-controlled human players.

Yes, USER sliders effects all 11 guys on the field for you. So if you jack up INTs for example, all 11 guys, including one you control, will be more likely to intercept the CPU passes.

Is it me, or does it seem the sliders aren't as strong as they have been in the past? I remember in previous models that a little adjustment would make a significant change. Now, it seems as if even extreme slider changes aren't producing the same results. [rock]

Ya Fat some of the sliders seem to have little to no effect at all. An example....I set the WRC slider at 0, for me and the CPU and there seemed to be no difference whats so ever from default. [heisman] The slider ineffectiveness is frustrating, because it is the way we're supposed to be able to customize the game play to our own liking. IMO....if say you set the WRC slider at zero, nearly every pass should be dropped...ie, the sliders should be very effective if such a major slider change is made. Slider effectiveness most likely isn't a high priority for many gamers...but it sure would nice if they worked far better than they do now.
