I found one in our frat basement. I kinda want to try it but before I do I want to know:

-Does it actually work?

-If so, how often do you have to use it (and for how long)?

-Do you have to do anything else besides it (like lots of situps/crunches or something)?

-And once you start using it, how long will it take to see results?

I googled it and their site came up and said "you only have to use it 3 minutes a day"... but that doesn't seem like it'll do any good. So, does anyone know about these things?

Man we had an ab roller at my house for like a month before it broke. I tried to use it and let me tell you I had enough muscle then to do a reasonable number of situps in a given time period, I could do like 3 of these before I was done. It has to do something.

Why did this get moved to the "slider" form? It's not a game slider!!

It's this thing:

This thing only works if you adjust the PWR and FLEX ratings. They are too soft by default.

Yeah it was harder than I thought... first night I did it I got to 10 and was like "oh fuck..." so I did 5 more and called it a night.

Then I did 20 the next. Then 25 the next night after that.

Then I did what the website said about "3 minutes" and just played a Linkin Park song that was 3 minutes and did it for the duration, I lost count though but I think I did around 35-40.

I did the 3 minute thing and didn't count for the next night as well, but I figure I only did like 40 again, so I did 10 more after the 3 minutes was up.

The next night I just did 50 even, which took longer than 3 minutes so I'm sure I did less than that the previous two nights.

Then last night I did 100... I got to 50 again and was like "fuck it, let's go to 100"... and then I about quit at 75 cuz it was getting really rough but I somehow got the extra 25 in... fuck that was hard. I was feeling the aftermath all day.

I just did 60 right now. I struggled around 35-40 but once I hit 45 I was going good so instead of stopping at 50 (which was the plan) I did 10 more.

So overall I guess it's going good, but it's only been like a week so I guess I shouldn't expect any results yet. I'm going to try to get up to at least 100 per night, but I think if I can at least keep it at 50 per night I should be able to see some results at least by the time school starts back up (mid-August).

The only drawback is that it's keeping me up at night. I won't go to bed until I do the "workout", so it gets to be like 11 or midnight and I'm like, uhhh.... I don't feel like doing it... so I just sit up and do nothing really (browse the internet, maybe play some Winning Eleven, etc.), but I don't go to bed. Then it gets to be like 4 AM and I'm like "fine, fuck it, I'll do the goddamn workout so I can get some sleep."

Luckily I don't have to get up until like noon. :D

So what settings are you using? Does it come with a code that will automatically set all the sliders to the correct setting? Or do you have to change each individual slider to get them to the correct setting you want?

:D
