NCAA 2008 xbox 360 wishlist

1-fix collision detection like qb getting sacked magicly without being touched

2-way to many fumbles

3-smarter booth AI comentary, I want them to talk more about the game and maybe
what happened last time these 2 teams met just more to make it realistic.

4-all real 119 stadiums

5-custom soundtrack/band music like 2ksports uses

6-unit rankings

7- still getting way to many offensive lineman getting awards or nominated

8-player hometown/state info missing please bring it back!! It took me years to get that added
it's nice and realistic to see makeup of team. I know the state map shows how many are from
each state but I want it back in player info PLEASE!!!!

9-fix running animation it's funny looking and how about signature run styles like I wished for last year
and it made it into madden

**10-ok some may not like this but you can skip it with the click of button but how about this to
make the game fill more realistic and thats cool and even funny comercials during halftime and between
quarters and maybe at different points of game and it will feel like a real broadcast. you can preview
upcoming games easports stuff maybe university stuff maybe espn type stuff just make it fun.
I bet after some play a game with it they will like it and the comercials can be fun not boring and
even carry ncaa game type stuff.Im telling you at the end of the 1st Q the comentaters say they
will be right back after this and the comercial comes on advertising the game of the week coming up
ect and maybe football highligths, scores guys will love this and maybe do it in computor animation
will make it better than just maybe real actual clips. (again some may not like this but I have
brought alot of inovative wishes over the years like maddens signature run styles as I exclusively wished for
last year for NCAA and there were many more over the years since 1991 I have sent)

12-Ad screen where you setup future schedules ect and plot out 4-5 years in advance your schedule and
use a points type system where you pay small schools points to come play you well in advance or use
cash like real schools do but being able to schedule anybody anytime is unrealistic! Schools need to be
able to turn you down and the key is advanced schedules are realistic and you might want to buyout
of a teams game if they are good and you aren't so you want out of game ect.

13-I would like to see some way nonxbox live users can get a patch for game via download,cd or something.

14-The manual is a JOKE!!!! please atleast provide a online version pdf or something. The tiny manual
sells the game short and only covers small amounts of the game. It can't always be about the $$ EA!!
Some of us have been with you since Billwalsh days comeon now do better!!!

15- I like the animation showing players walk to los from huddle but have a view far away maybe at angle so you can start viewing defenses alignment ect as others have said maybe keep it but fix it so you can see the defense walking up to line.

16-get rid of super dives

17-I would like to see player movement toned down especially db's cause it's hard for me to keep from missing tackles due to the sharp angular quick movements of the players and I hate when they dive 10 yards to make tackle.

18-custom equipment

19- scout screen that breaks down a team into a scout report and maybe the depth of the report is how well you are doing or quality of coaches which could be part of game by hiring firing coaches

20-hot seat have all teams listed if their coach is on hot seat with a scale and be able to name all coaches via edit screen plus if a high profile coach (cpu) loses his job you might see him coaching another smaller school that fired their coach. The game will be more realistic with real coaches that you edit their name to the real name and let cpu move them around ect.

I'm likin' those ideas. In the gameplay department, make your DB's ACTUALLY PLAY DEFENSE ON THE BALL on Heisman, and make All-American harder than it is now. Make sliders a little more easier to maneuver, it was very hard in 07 to get decent gameplay.

1) Trophy case back

2) After national title wins or conference championships some kind of celebration

3) Let's RUSH THE FIELD THIS YEAR for upsets!!! Even if the NCAA won't allow it, it's a videogame

4) After I skip the scene of coming to the line, don't make me wait for about 3 seconds to snap the ball while my qb stand's there.

5) Some kind of intro to my televised games. Like an ABC intro, ESPN intro, CBS intro, with a video of the two teams and saying some facts about the two. If 2K can make weekly shows, EA can make some intro vids for sure. 2008 has a chance to be a GREAT game. Anyway EA actually hear's about any of our wishes though?

Ea see's these because I personaly email them to my connections every year since since 1992! I have had exclusive wishes some very good ones that only I wished for get installed into game. trust me if it makes my list it will be seen by them. Not boasting or bragging just plain hard facts. I actually mailed them before internet.:biggrin: I have had the exclusive username of bama for about 8- 10 years on the net at every top ncaa college football site devoted to ea's college football game. I started playing ncaa with Bill walsh college football the very first one.

Agree 100%. Theres alot of things I'd like added to....or back to the game as well, but the gameplay needs major work IMO. The points you made Wahoo are right with my thoughts as well, and because of the lack of these things you mentioned, it ruined Ncaa '07' [360] for me. The game to me is unplayable, and I moved on to Madden [360]....perfect?...no, but MUCH closer to the type of gameplay I'm looking for.

With AA level, theres no way a dumb-a$$ like me should be able to blow out the computer every game with ease. If blowing out the computer by 50 every game is a persons way of enjoying the game fine, but that should be reserved for the lowest levels of the game....not the second to most difficult. With heisman level....the computers AWR should make heisman level the most challagening, not simply shutting off the user teams secondary. You recruit the best DB's ya can to play....not stand around and do nothing, or run off to no where.

Myself, I'm moving away from the Ncaa game :( which saddens me greatly. My confidents in the Next gen. Ncaa game has be shaken by even this first edition of the game on the new systems. The gameplay [the heart of the game] is IMO, so terrible even the sliders can't fix it. All the added features we'll see in the next few years will be nothing to me, if the game still plays like it does now. I'm at the point now where my days of running to get the Ncaa game the day of it's release are over, I'll wait to rent it first. I'll judge the "08" game by way of the AA level....if I'm able to waste the computer with ease again, that will signal to me....same ole same ole, no thanks, I'll buy Madden again in August.

I wish they would add the Logos of every NCAA team, all the way down to D-III. Maybe even work a deal to use NAIA ones. Then you could create any team they haven't/won't put on the game.

Some more . . .

1) Bring back the current gen items, ESPN the Magazine, D1-AA teams.

2) Playoff Mode for post season, I think I remember this option way back in NCAA 99 on the PC. Let us settle it the way we want to if we think the BCS is baloney.

3) Options in dynasty mode like being able to renovate the stadium, designing your uniform how you wish in case you don't like your team's jerseys.

4) Some folks want coach mode, pretty much being able to call the plays and then watch the result, much like it was in NCAA 99 on PC.

5) Scheduling mechanics. Instead of selecting who you want to play for however long all the time, make it so we have to negotiate with schools, offering realistic things, like the 2 for 1 deal and home and home, then the 1 time and out, or 2 homes, 0 away thing. Buffalo would be more willing to go to Auburn 2 times without returning a home game than Notre Dame would in example. Notre Dame may do a 1 and 1 or say no, play us at our house.

6) Big one for me. Give us the option in dynasty to choose our game time and weather. There's numerous times I want to play a game between two Top 10 teams at 7:30 at night, not 3:30 in the afternoon. I also enjoy playing in the snow but can never seem to get a snow game in my dynastys(even when their not in the ACC or SEC). I understand that some people don't want to play in the snow, they have the option to set it to clear or overcast. You'll also have those who want everything to be random for the fun of it. This is an option that would be very easy to turn off.

I say allow for atleast a 6 on 6 game, where everyone controls a different offensive player online instead of the 1 vs 1 setup we have now.

#10 - You just made a marketing executive cream his pants. Asking for advertisements? No, what we need is better pre, half, and post game shows with better commentary during the game. That's what I think would make the game that much more realistic. If we had commercials, I'd want to change channels or something.

Look at ESPN 2k5 or whatever it was before ESPN sold out. They had replays of the first half at half time and the game at the postgame show. I don't see why we can't get that considering it's "next-gen" time.

Other than that, pretty good list. Everything from the Xbox/PS2 versions ported over, plus the rest of the stadiums, and some freaking NEW features. I'm worried they're going to be touting HFA again as a new feature. I just don't see the NCAA crew innovating too much in a year.

As far as non-xbox live users and downloads, maybe EA can put the patch out on those Demo cds that come out every once in a while. I don't see EA going to the trouble to release the patch online for people to download to their transfer kits.

1) How about being able to vote in the Heisman Race. As a coach, you'll have your own Heisman Ballot to vote who you want to win the Heisman, 1st-5th place picks.

1a) How about a better Heisman Trophy Presentation, and an awards ceremony for individuals that win trophies.

These were in the current gen, and it was left out of 07 on next gen this year. 2a) Bring back the Coach of the Year Award.
2b) When I'm looking at predictions of where each team will play in a bowl, all I see is (team name) vs. (team name). I'd like to be able to see what conference their from and what place they finished in their conference like in current gen, for ex, Mountain West #2 vs. Pac 10 #6. Something like that. It was already done, so all they have to do is put it back in.

3) A BOWL SELECTION SHOW! I've used this reference before but if 2K can do it for College Hoops, EA can do it for college football.

I've always wanted some type of post game show with highlights, etc. I'd also like them to have like a top 5 plays and have different highlights from different games. That's probably a pipe dream but i wish!

3. Neutral scheduling abilities
4. Ability to FORM rivalries in dynasty (Have your Texas created team not only be rivals with Texas, but form rivalries with TA&M, TT, TCU, etc.)
5. Coaching Carousel, maybe?
6. Some sort of highlight show, similar to College Hoops 2K7.
7. Year round recruiting.
