The guy did it with the datel transfer kit. You could probably also do it with the xsata. I don't have either so I didn't look into it much further.

Here's my problem. I had the Datel CD installed first so it said to remove those drivers and then install the new ones. I did that and installed the new ones and got it to open the card but then it crashed. After that, it wouldn't recognize the drive anymore. I decided I wanted my old Datel setup back but now I can't install those drivers because it won't auto recognize the device properly to install them.

Wow, I finally got it fixed back to the way it was after 8 hours. If you have already installed the Datel CD, I wouldn't recommend trying to do this right now despite the fact that they give you instructions on how to uninstall the Datel drivers.

I followed their instructions and it didn't work and left with without the ability to even use the Datel kit as it was intended.

I'm very good with computers and it took me 5 hours of messing around to mix it back to normal on my computer. So, I'd hold off until they come up with a better solution for those with Datel already installed.

Yeah I agree. I wish I was at home so I could have just set it up per the instructions on that side on another computer and had it working in 5 minutes. Too bad I haven't been home since the Nebraska-Oklahoma game last fall.

Huge development tonight. 360gamesaves.com just released a new program tonight that will convert XChange images to Xplorer images. Then you are able to open them with Xplorer and extract the photos! Now I can transfer my photos as well.

Then you download the save from your memory card to your computer using Xchange which will make an image. Then you conver that image with the utility into a .bin image. Then you open that image with Xplorer360 and you can extract the picture files. Then you use a utility that I downloaded off of MaddenMania that converts the picture files into jpg's.

So you already converted them to .bin? You should see a directory over on the left side of Xplorer. Just keep clicking on those directories until they open to the pictures.

I am having all kinds of problems. I can't even get his tutorial video to run. I get a message saying: Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or a required codec might not be installed on your computer.

Can anyone help me?

Yeah you can get closer than I got I just got tired of messing with it. Even the guys on the sideline with the yellow passes around their neck, if you zoom in they all say "MEDIA". Pants and Jerseys all have stitching as well.

how'd you get so close that you can read the warning? Whenever I try to get that close, it just like skips over the player. Does it have to do with you using an HDTV? (that's why I wanted to know if it was an HDTV)

My apologies for reviving this thread, but I can't figure this out.
I have downloaded the Xchange, I have the kit, I downloaded the Xplorer 360 program. I took pics and saved them on my memory card, but the file type isn't anything my computer can read. How do I change that. What program do I need, and where can I get it?

not sure if this feature was in Madden 07 for PS3 or not but if not, we'll just have to wait and see for NCAA. I'm sure there will be something similar though... either be in standard jpg format saved to your harddrive or a proprietary format that someone will decrypt.
