Cant get Xchange 360 kit to work?

Im trying to get it installed, and I follow the directions, then when I plug into the usb drive, it tells me that its unrecognized, but doesnt prompt me to install drivers like it says it would in the instructions. Where do I go from here?

Yeah, this whole datel thing is not user friendly. I'm pretty sure the driver for my adapter and the memory card was not installed, but I can't find any driver installation programs on my XChange 360 installation CD. I just keep getting "Unknown Device" for what should be the USB connection with the memory card

If yes, try the following:

1) uninstall excange360
2) go into control panel, device manager, and uninstall both instances of the usb device.
3) unplug USB device
4) restart computer
5) reinstall Xchange
6) replug in the USB device and memory card
7) a window should pop up for new hardware - say not at this time, install from specific location, point it to the cd, install the drivers
8) another window should pop up, repeat #7
9) it should now work, and you can enjoy your rosters.
