NCAA 2007 Rosters: Available July 18th at FKrosters.com (http://www.fkrosters.com)

Why use FAIRDALE KINGS rosters?
This year I will have rosters available for the XBox 360, XBox and PS2. This will be my fifth year making NCAA rosters available to the public and I put forth a great deal of time and effort to make the rosters as accurate as possible. Chris Jacobs from Utopia-Football has volunteered his services and will allow me to host his PS2 rosters again... they'll also be available for download at Utopia.

Will FKrosters.com get an early copy of the game?
Last year I received the game ten days early and completed the rosters five days before the game hit store shelves. This meant that I had completed the rosters before any other roster editor. This year my status for receiving the game early is unclear -- But as soon as I receive the game I will begin editing rosters immediately. In the past it takes 5-7 days to input all of the names.

Where will the rosters be available?
My rosters will be available on a few gaming websites but most importantly on my own site FKrosters.com

How much is this service?
My rosters will continue to be absolutely free!!! I do not charge a dime for my rosters. If anyone wants to send me a few dollars in the form of a donation it is always appreciated but I do not require any payment and I don't harass people for a payment like other so-called roster editors on other websites.

How can I acquire the rosters for 360?

Is there a way to download the rosters?
There are several ways to acquire these rosters. Probably the easiest way to access the rosters is to download the rosters for 360 by using the Datel Transfer Kit. The Transfer Kit is available at Best Buy, Circuit City, EB Games and GameStop. You can also order the Transfer Kit here (http://us.codejunkies.com/shop/product.asp?c=US&cr=USD&cs=$&r=0&l=1&ProdID=323).

Xbox gamers will continue to use the Action Replay. As soon as I complete the rosters they will be available for download.

Do you accept memory cards?
Yes. If you already own a memory card please mail it to me and I will transfer the rosters that way.(360, XBox or PS2). This is a safe, fast and affordable way to acquire rosters. For more details (http://www.fkrosters.com/mail.html).

Can I purchase a memory card with the rosters saved already?
The third way to acquire rosters is to purchase a memory card directly from me. The only cost involved is the actual cost of the memory card, sales tax, shipping & handling fees and the PayPal transaction fee. Contact me for the Pre-Order special ( I'll save you a buck or two on the purchase of a 360 memory card).

How long will it take to return a memory card?
Note: It usually takes 2-5 days to have a memory card returned via USPS once I transfer the roster file to your memory card.

Your choices are:

You can purchase a memory card with rosters, you can mail in your memory card and I will transfer rosters onto it, or you can download them yourself using the Datel Transfer Kit.

Remember, if you plan on purchasing NCAA '07 and you want named rosters for all 119 teams your best choice is to use FAIRDALE KINGS Xbox and XBox 360 rosters:

If you are interested in PS2 rosters please contact cdjacobs here at Utopia.

If I mail you a memory card early, will I be able to have it back by the release date with the rosters?

If I do receive the game early again this year there is a good chance that you could have your memory card returned before you even purchase the game. That was the case last year.

But right now I can not say with any level of certainty that I will have the game early this year. I may be in the same situation as everyone else and I may have to wait until my local game store is allowed to sell copies of the game. If that does happen it will take 5-7 days to input the player names and another 2-7 days for the memory card to be returned via USPS.

Keiland Williams is taking #3
Ricky Dixon will take #10
Jai Eugene will take #4

I know you said people can purchase memory cards for the ps2 right from you, where, or who do I need to purchase them from?

Please contact cdjacobs from here at UtopiaFootball. He is working on the
PS2 rosters.

If you need me to purchase a card and then mail it to you: E-mail me at cdjrosters@yahoo.com. I require payment IN ADVANCE for the memory card, preferably via money order – This way I have money in hand to purchase the memory card in a prompt fashion. PayPal is also accepted. Again, e-mail me for complete information.

With the transfer kit will you be able to take the data and put it straight on the 360 hard drive or will you also need a memory card?

I'm pretty sure you need the memory card to save it to with the device, but you can transfer it to the hard drive afterwards.

What would I need to buy so that I could download the rosters for PS2 right from the site, I assume that is an option?

I wish you could transfer the files using a flash drive rather than having to spend $60 buying a memory card and the transfer kit.

I would use your rosters if I had a memory card ($40? I can buy Burnout Revenge for that), and if doing the rosters wasn't one of my guilty pleasures of playing the game. (I'm like a little intern).

But I do appreciate you doing this for everyone else. Happy..........Roster-ing!

I'm curious about the 360. If I plan on using a Data Transfer kit then I also need a memory card to do transfers saves from the CPU to the card through the transfer kit then to the 360. Correct?

It's going to be so fucking expensive to get rosters. I may just add them myself though I guarantee it will be a very slow process.

I believe you can use a memory card or an hard drive if your 360 has one..

Yeah you need a memory card but its pretty simple..once you know what to do.

Dl the rosters.
extract the file to the default folder listed in the transfer kit menu(easy to find)
save to memory card in the interface menu.

I just did this yesterday with ch2k6....took me about 2 hrs to figure out what to do before someone on here told me. Once I knew what to do it took about 5 min and that's on dial-up. Its worth it.

So there's no way to get the roster right on to the 360 hard drive? You need a memory card?

Yes, the transfer kit mates with the memory card (only). You then copy the file from the mc to the hard drive.

OK, thanks. It's not worth 40 bucks for a memory card, plus 15 for a transfer thinger deal to get the rosters....55 bucks, no thanks.

It is a good chunk of change, but the way I see it it's a one-time expense. If you buy NCAA every year (like I do), it works out to about $10.00/yr for the probable lifespan of this generation of hardware. That ain't so bad.

joshuahuskers
07-18-2006, 07:46 PM
That's a good point. I'm leaving for Mexico on saturday, so I don't think I'll drop another 50 bucks just yet, (I just dropped close to 500 for a 360 and NCAA)...and yes I do get NCAA each year...so I'll consider it when I get back from my trip.

Not that its much of a difference but there is also the datel xsata which transfers straight from the PC to the 360 Hardrive. Its $50. Depends if you rather have the portability of a mem card or ability to transfer large and small data to and from your 360.

lol i just set out to do my own rosters (XBOX).....got 4 teams into and threw in the towel! lol...i'll let someone name them then I'll go from there with my caps and such lol (dont worry, I dont "steal" rosters..i dont upload rosters or do anything roster related for that matter, other than edit the file thats on my own xbox ...)

The same thing happened with me. I thought I'd give it a shot myself, but I found that the menus moved too slowly and that I would have actually lost money putting in the names myself. Buying the memory card and transfer kit for $55 total actually saved me money if that makes any sense.
