dynasty question

ok got the game yesterday fired it up started a dynasty but can't figure out if you can change the players equipment like you could in the old version... It will let you edit the names but could not find out how to change helmet's and stuff like that...Does any one know how to do this???

I'd heard that the 360 version does not allow you to change equipment. Someone correct me if that is wrong.

Can you turn coach contracts off?...if so, I can't find where.

Thanks for the response DC. I'm playing as Utah St. and ya the standards are fairly low....but I see myself being show'en the door in three years.[laugh]

Yeah, where is the contracts page or whatever it's called.

The GUI is not intuitive.

Dang. It'd be nice if EA could actually put together a competant manual on their 1st release onto a new platform. :p

Go to Coach Positions and click the R-Stick. You'll get the hang of the UI.

Yeah, it comes with time. I found most of it intuitive, the only real problem I had were the few places where you have to be holding a trigger down and then moving the stick to the side. It took me a while before I found out, for example, how to switch the CPU's sliders, or how to make the in-season recruiting filter by position.
