Please Help: 360 Dynasty Settings

I am trying to play a dynasty on 360 and for the life of me I can not figure out how to alter the difficulty settings once I am in the Dynasty. In game wont allow me to alter the settings either. Where do I go in the Dynasty menu to alter the gameplay, I.A, and game settings?

There's no settings menu under the main dynasty menu?

You have to go back to the main menu. how it's set up on the 360, you just keep going over to the left. You will have to exit the dynasty menu (don't worry, the dynasty is still there), and go to the settings menu under my NCAA on the main menu.
