Super Bowls in Madden

I'm watching Super Bowl XL in Madden right now (Redskins vs. Dolphins), and I was just wondering....how does Madden select where the Super Bowl will be at the end of each season, and is there a way to boost your chances of hosting the Super Bowl? I'm guessing if you could host it, it would boost your bottom line numbers for that season....

BTW, Ford Field is hosting Super Bowl XL (that's 40 for those of you who fell asleep while learning roman numerals in school ;) ). I didn't pay attention to who hosted it last year (although it should have been Jacksonville....they'll be hosting it in real life next year).

i have no idea how it chooses. and no idea if it boosts your revenue if you do host it or not. that would be cool to have it in your stadium though

I'm playing as Carolina....and with my city size, and the fact that Bank of America Stadium is an outdoor stadium, I doubt I stand any chance of hosting the Super Bowl (unless Madden just randomly selects stadiums).

Hopfully someone knows how it selects the sites for the SB :)

if it is like past versions then the years that they know where they know where the super bowl is hosted they will have it at those stadiums. then after the years they know, they will put it in a genric stadium. (last time i made it that far was madden 2001 for ps1

Well, you're right about one thing....Madden has the Super Bowls in the right locations as far as they know them....I saw Super Bowl XL played at Ford Field in my franchise, and here are the future Super Bowl locations:

XXXIX - Jacksonville, Florida (Alltel Stadium)
XL - Detroit (Ford Field)
XLI - Miami (Pro Player Stadium)
XLII - Arizona (Yet-to-be-named Cardinals Stadium)

it rotates throught every team i think alphabetic order thats how mine works....
