Does anyone know hoe to do any moves in the post besides the hook shot or the turnaround fadeaway? I'm sure I ask this question on behalf of most of the CH community.

Here's a whole list I found over at OS a couple months back:
I'll give some insight on moves you can do in the post. First, to turn around to have your back to the defender hold down the L trigger while moving toward the defender. Then you can let go of the trigger after it happens. Plus you can back the defender down further by pressing the L stick direction toward the basket.
- Shot Stick up [within 10-foot range] - Standstill hook shot or sweeping hook shot (depends on if you're pushing on the L stick either direction while going up with the shot)
- Shot Stick left/right - Turnaround jumper or spin-off layup if close enough to the basket (still don't know the criteria for pulling off this layup).
- Shot Stick left/right tapped quickly - Up-and-under with a couple fakes. The post player will attempt the layup with the hand opposite direction you pressed on the SS. For instance, if you tap left on SS, the player does the layup with his right hand.
- Shot stick back [pushed in a direction away from basket] - Fadeaway jumper.
* To back out of the post, push L stick away from the basket.
* To face-up defender before putting ball on the floor, push L stick away from the basket and hold it there for a second or two.
* To engage defender with back to him after facing-up, press and hold down the L trigger. You can let go of the trigger after this happens.
* To do the drop step, first hold down R trigger, then tap L trigger twice.
* Now to dunk after a successful drop step (assuming you're close enough to the basket to do so), you have to let go of R trigger for a second. Then wait about a full second to press it again while moving the Shot Stick in any direction. The timing between letting go of R trigger and pressing it again is critical. I say this because if you don't wait long enough you'll go up with a layup or baby hook instead of desired dunk. And conversely if you wait too long, you'll get the 3 second violation. Your timing has to be spot-on to pull this off.
