Multi-Player Dynasties in either MM or CH?

Really? In open legacy I assume...cuz in career mode I haven't seen it.

I thought it was possible in career legacy as well this year, where they would let you create up to 4 different coaches.

Yeah closed legacy in CH has up to 4 players.

In MM, I believe you can select several teams to control at the beginning....I've never tried to see how many though.
