Found this odd....
Nebraska's Tennis team:
Castillejos, Pamela Sr. Puebla , Mexico (La Calera)
Cremieux, Jennifer Sr. Ajax, Ontario (Pine Ridge)
Hartmann, Kim Fr. Fulda, Germany (Gymnasium)
Heute, Vanessa Fr. Herdecke, Germany (Gymnasium)
Reimers, Imke So. Popenburg, Germany (Gymnasium)
Schulz-Gartner, Milena Sr. Kiel, Germany (Gymnasium)
Skaza, Ewelina Sr. Warsaw, Poland (University of Miami) (CWKS Legia)
Zugner, Ellinor So. Gothenburg, Sweden (Adalsskolan)
I could possibly understand not having any Nebraska girls on the team, but you would think at least one would be from the United States. [rock]

I think you will find that a lot of the college tennis teams look this way. Even at the smaller colleges (down to the NAIA level), you will find a high number of foreign players. Nebraska is not unique is this regard.

Baylor started the trend and was able to win a National Championship from it in Tennis (Using European prof players).

almost every college tennis team has more foreigners than americans. these kids want to go to college, and they're better than the locals. it makes sense to give them scholarships.

I have no doubt, I was just surprised to see NO americans on the team. I would think at least one would be on the squad.

3 of PSU's 9 women on the tennis team are NOT from the US (2 from Canada, and 1 from India). All 10 of the men's team are from the US.
1 of UNC's 11 women on the tennis team is NOT from the US (New Zealand). 5 of the 14 on the men's team are NOT from the US (France, Argentina, South Africa, Romania, and Germany).
Maybe we're not good at tennis. I have no idea.
