I need some help with plays

I can't figure out how to run an offense. I call the plays and it just seems like a bunch of chickens running around.

I could really use a few quality plays to start with, along with some tips of what to look for when running them.

Yea I wouldn't mind some either. The only ones I can run with success are "Pick & Roll" haha, and some 1-3-1 corners or something where I can usualy find my SF or SG open for a 3 if I swing it once or twice. Other than that Im clueless on plays...but still manage to be successful most of the time.

*shrugs* I usually only run pick and roll when I decide I want to try for a layup or cutting big man. I don't run plays, I usually just let the computer pick plays and throw the ball around. I can very easily get around 20 assists a game as well. Of course, I'm always looking to get assists so that may be why
