How many people should I target? This whole recruiting thing confuses me.
I need the NCAA football recruiting screen [down]
Any directions would be helpful.

Good thread, I have no clue what to do either. I was practicing in legacy a little... I basically just targetted 4 seniors with high interest at two positions I had graduating players [1 C and 1 PG]. And I signed two of them in the early period [4* C and 3* PG]. So after that I just put some younger players with high interest on the target list.
I'm pretty lost as to what to do though in all honesty. If I have 5 scholarships to offer, should I save them or use them all or what? Is there more recruiting in the offseason?
If someone who's done recruiting several times and knows what they're doing could make a brief FAQ or something, that'd be awesome.

I set my target list like this:
First I take the number of scholarships I have available.
Suppose it is three.
I pick the top three guys I want, and make them targets 1,2 and 3 respectively.
Then I find three "Plan B's" of the same position's as above, and make them targets 4,5 and 6.
Then I find three more backup plans, or "Plan C's", and make them targets 7,8 and 9.
I hand out my recruiting points according to target #.
That has worked fairly well for me, and it makes recruiting much less chaotic and time consuming.
