Does this game still have the home court meter that measures fan intensity. I'm playing with New Hampshire so I don't get to play with the big boys unless I make it to the tourney.

Can I eventually "earn" one?

Don't know about earning one, but there definitely is HFA. The first game I played was against Duke, just so I can see how bad I would get pummeled. My whole screen was shaking. So its defintitely there.
