The one thing that is 100% certain is that the person that registered snelts bighusker and Southpaw_Vol on this board and was CrackHitler on the old board are the same person.

Since snelts is posting, it means that he obviously has to know the password to snelts account, meaning he had to have created that account. The rest falls into place.

Now there is no proof that he was spamming with RollTideRoll on the old forum, but whoever was, also registered trojanman on this forum.

It seems pretty obvious to me that the person who registered SouthPaw_Vol would also be the same person who registered TrojanMan on this forum.

#1. Snelts at the very least knows who tried to register Southpaws name. If it wasn't Snelts himself, the person was either at Snelts house or also registered Snelts name for him and gave him the password. Either way, the same person registered both names.



#2. This same person attempted to spam the board last night using the handle "CrackHitler" therefore the probability of the person who registered these names having spammed porn is very high.



#3. It is possible that there were 2 spammers on the old board, but a different IP address that tried to register trojanman on this board was the same person who spammed the old board as RollTideRoll... Within minutes of registering SouthPaw's name. Thereby making it very much look like a collaborated attack.



So to sum it all up... We can't prove Snelts actually did any of it, but we know he at least knows what is going on.

Snelts word is good for nothing because, as the thread stated, he has been found guilty by the court of Utopia as an accessory to the crime at the very least (the evidence does not lie) and for that he deserves every bit of ridicule he received and more. He cost the members of this forum $160 in money as well as loss of time in reregistering new accounts and losing their old dynasties all on account of his childish actions in flooding our old forum and for the actions that got him banned from the old board in the first place.

Now I will certainly agree with you that back in the early days of this forum, the discussion was a whole lot better and the need for rules was none existent because it was basically all pretty harmonious, but as the forum grew, so did the need for rules and the largest contributors to the need for those new rules were not new members, they were old members who got worse with tenure.

There really isn't anyway to get back to that at this point.
