About the video...

I made a few mistakes on this first one as I'm still learning.
I recorded the game in 4/3 aspect ratio even though the xbox output was set to wide screen.
My tape wasn't long enough so I had to use EP(lower quality) rather than SP.
I used auto exposure when I should have manually set the exposure to avoid white flashes.
I didn't align the left/right/up/down crop so that the game would fill the entire screen correctly.

All these mistakes will be corrected in game two so the quality should increase significantly without the file size increasing.
Game two will be in true wide screen since DivX supports it.

I haven't read everything you've written yet, but from what I have seen, it's tight. I admire any man who is brave enough to play with a team in Alaska. And I'll be even more impressed if you can make them into a decent team.

I have a suggestion for you.

OK, I don't have the time or the dedication to watch a 1 hour game in your dynasty...sorry, I just don't. My attention span is about, oh 5-10 minutes. So here's what I would suggest: Do something similar to an ESPN Class Drive thru that they show...except make it about 5-10 minutes. Take clips, or show important drives and/or plays, and make sure to show the time/score when you break to another point in the game...just my thoughts, take it for what it's worth.
